Been taking Sertraline the past 3-4 days I'm burning up.. My legs are shaking uncontrollably I have a horrible migraine.... Feel like I'm going to die pleas help! :( feel really sick my neck is sore I'm dizzy

I think your okay I psych myself out when I take medication an I feel the exact things you're feeling :(
but everything your feeling right now I feel right now without having taken anything an I literally feel like I'm dying too :( you will be okay drink some hot tea an listen to songs that make you happy
I just started to an it's helping a little
My tingling numb feet an arms an dizziness is slowly going away
