I've been very anxious about my wife's yearly mammogram. I have difficulty with that time as I am convinced her results will be bad and she will have breast cancer. I struggle so much with this that my stomach is very tight and I have a hard time thinking about other things. Does anyone else have this problem? I don't handle this very well.
Thanks,
John

Hello John. I have anxiety about my husbands health sometimes and get very stressed too. He was told he had really high cholesterol by the doctor once and was prescribed medication but he didn't even take it, and now he won't go back to the doctors. So it's not exactly the same but I have to deal with always wondering if he is ok and hope nothing ever happens to him.

Yes I think that's the same. I keep thinking if she had done once isn't that good enough. I realize that it bad thinking but not much about anxiety is really logical. This fear has gotten worse as I have gotten older. Thanks for the reply. I wonder if I am only one who has this issue.
