Increasing prozac questions

Hi everyone. I'm a hot mess right now but I'm really trying to keep it together. I have been increased from 10 to 20 mg Prozac. What kind of different or extra side effects should I be experiencing if any? I keep hearing I'll see a difference in two weeks but it's been a week and all I can do is cry and panic and have more intrusive thoughts and cry some more. Dang this anxiety!!!!!

Even though I don't know alot about meds, I know it differs from person to person. It's only gone one week, take it easy, give it some time. Try to relax.
