Hi all, I'm Victoria, I joined a couple of days ago. I've been having more and more problems with my anxitey due to finishing up with school, changes, home life and so on. I'm trying to figure out something to take to releive the stress. Somthing that doesn't neeed a percription. My anxitey attcks usually are at night, sometimes they're due to stress most of the time just over thinking as well. Any help?

Well hello Victoria, and welcome :)

If stress and over thinking are your problems, learning some meditation may go a long way. Perfect for the two things you've mentioned. A little in the evening can really begin to start relaxing you at night.
