I've started drinking tea at night before bed & I absolutely love it.. My boyfriend told me tea is suppose to be calming just by making it.. & it's true. I love when it's tea time! Super relaxing..

Just thought id share for anyone interested in any relaxing methods :)

Yeah as long as its not English breakfast tea, that's going to keep you awake at night!

The tea meditation is quite popular amongst Buddhists and practitioners of mindfulness. It's all about being present with your breath while the kettle is boiling, then listening to the sound of the water as you pour it, taking in the fragrance of the tea and then savouring its soothing taste.

Good things just keep coming your way! Write it in your success journal!

I am now a tea drinker, most of the time decaf cause I can't tolerate cafeine. But you are right, there is nothing like a good cup of tea!

Enjoy Bella!
Cheers!

the only problem is splenda, do not use it, it is pure poison, to sweet the tea use honey.
Cammomile tea, or white tea is calming and relaxing :)

yesss tea is good for relaxing and calming, you can enjoy just doing it,but there are more powerfull ways to calm yourself and stop the anxiety and make your life better because in my opinion this is the role of anxiety:to change something in your life in a positive way,to make it better.Try things like breathing, drinking water, meditation, praying, doings sports and walkings and a large dose of optimism and laugh. From what i know these are the strongest and they can heal anxiety.

Yes add something!
I bought the honey flavor & I do half water/half milk & add 2 Splenda. But I wanna try honey instead of Splenda.

& it didn't make me tired either :/ just relaxed me.
