To some extent today was a good day, then things about my ex girlfriend came up and my heart dropped, and I got crazy bad anxiety. I worked out after work and it helped a bit, but I've still got bad anxiety and feeling really down 😞 does anyone have tips on getting over someone and trying to keep your mood steady? Preferably without any medications.

Sorry you're having a tough time, the end of a relationship is hard on everyone.
Not to over simplify, but time is what is going to heal this wound.
You are doing the right things, just let the grieving process run it's course. Because right now you are grieving for the relationship.
