Hey guys
I know this isnt very anxiety related or maybe it is.. but I drink ALOT of tea. Herbal tea. I dont drink caffeinated tea just herbals..
Wondering how much herbal tea I can drink a day without it being dangerous??
I just drink 4 big mug fulls a day.
I read that herbal tea can be a diuretic and can cause constipation and dehydration.
Thoughts??

What ones do you drink VH? I'm collecting quite a cupboard full now.

I drink a few mugs then I want a new one LOL.

I can drink 3 a day with no problems, 4 shouldn't be an issue unless they make you drowsy or upset your stomach like a few (camomile especially) can do if you drink too much.

4 seems upper limit, but not bad for you unless you notice minor problems from it :)

I drink a lot of chamomile, peppermint, rooibos, lemon & ginger, barley, ginseng and green tea.

The reason I was asking was because I have started getting stomach issues..
Dehydration. . Constipation .. and a lot of gas and acid reflux.

I read that tea is acidic??? That I did not expect!
