And I think it's the happiest I've ever been. That job was toxic and I was so unhappy there. I was also most stressed and anxious at work as I was doin about 10 people's jobs. I hope this helps me on the road to recovery. It was due to extreme budget cuts. I cried for hours of course, but I think it was more from being offended and having my feelings hurt.

I quit a job six years ago. The people treated me like crap and it got to a point that I couldn't take anymore. My health or my paycheck? My health won.

Anyway, best of luck with your new pursuits.

I went through the exact same thing last spring

A job I was working was going well with sales going crazy

But I hated what I did. I mean really hated it

Dreaded going and had a pit in my stomach every day

My wife told me to quit but I didn't feel like looking yet

Then one day we were having budget cuts and I was asked about my team

I told them I didn't believe I was the right fit and it should be me who goes

I left that day without a job

Was the most completely free I have ever felt

4 weeks later at a job I truly wanted and still love to be at now

This is going to be great for you

Last spring we were killing it in sales, man. I didn't know you quit that job. Seems we both quit. That's cool though that you found what you love. I'm still waiting on mine. I'm working on it.

Good on everyone who has chosen their health over stress.

Best of luck finding what you love AC. Keep us posted.
