I guys! Do u fell that your symptoms appear when you are hungry? Wherever I go I need to always have food with me so I can eat right away whenever I feel hungry or else I get dizzy, shaky and etc..

Just eat healthy snacks

dizzy , shaky it is low blood sugar, you should have a glass of orange juice or some glucose....It is easy to mistake it with anxiety or panic attack,,;) Just keep something sweet in your purse :)
