I took sertraline earlier today for the first time (12-4 PM Est can't remember) and right now I feel kind of light headed my left hand is almost completely numb and I'm having chest pains... Is this normal? Really worried (I know its prob just anxiety I just want second opinions.. Any reply is appreciated edit: plus I have a little bit of a headache and my neck is sore...
