Ms advice!

so as of right now im in an ms fear phase again .... kinda afraid i have it but more afraid ill get it! i know this sounds silly but its how i feel right now .... what worries me is that one morning i woke up it was still dark out and in my right eye if id look at something light like the blinds which had a little light coming through out of the center of my eye it would look dark..... this sent me into panic for days and still is at the back of my mind... also i can see better out of my left eye then right yes i wear contacts and glasses ....... i get random muscle spams and tingling numbness dizziness ect ..... If anyone can share their exsperiences with this fear that would be great!!!

Honestly- it just sounds like symptoms of anxiety. I thought I had ms forever too because of the same symptoms. It's probably just anxiety, but to ease your mind you could talk with your doctor. My friend was diagnosed with MS but she had to have a painful spinal tap to get the correct diagnosis.
