Does anyone have any advice on ways to deal with anxiety and depression, without taking medications?

In one word.
Therapy.
For me personally, that is what helps the most. Eating right, being healthy and active help a lot to. You are what you eat! There are a lot of different threads on here for coping. Go check them out, a lot of them are on the top of the page in the general discussion.
Thanks! I've definitely been trying to make positive changes in my life to help overcome everything causing this. I'm usually pretty good throughout the week, but today I had a major anxiety attack and didn't know what to do.
