I have no idea why it just posted the title and not my message but I really am too drained to retype it all. I'm a 30 yr old female living alone 600 miles from family. I'm suffering from depression, anxiety, and paranoia. Long story short I've made a lot of bad decisions due to my anxiety and fear and have chose to ignore things. Now I'm faced with a situation that I MUST face and I'm terrified that it's too late and I've already messed things up so badly that everyone is going to know what a screw up I am.

It is NEVER too late, and it is NEVER too soon, whenever you decide to face that certain situation, it will be the perfect time to do so. Prepare yourself mentally and go for it, somethings the very things that we keep bottled up inside are the ones that are making us feel the way we do (anxiety, despression, etc...) Release and free your mind is the best advice I can offer. Much luck and hope it all works out for you! :-)
