They are good things to take :)

Especially omega 3. Most people have the incorrect balance between 3-6 and 9 apparently.

To be honest. I don't think it does anything for me except give me the s***s

I just had a discussion with my doc about it, it is mostly placebo effect. People who have regular diet, with veggies, and fruit and chocolate, dark chocolate from time to time, do not have deficiency, just what I thought. Anorexics yes, cancer fighting people with chemo yes,....the rest should stick with healthy diet. The best and safest source of omega 3 is flax:)) Hi mom:)

That's what I figured. I tried a couple of days without supplements and didn't notice that I felt any different.

Omega 3 is good to take. Regulates serotonin levels. If you eat good foods you may not need it.

Magnesium is better as muscle relaxant. I take a gram of it to ease sports pains.

That's why you always notice hypochondriacs say magnesium is great, cos it relaxes their tense muscles. But people with other problems like depression, negative thought, or OCD etc always say it doesn't do much for them.

You should try and bathe in it instead Mom, will be more relaxing :)

Magnesium Chloride. The calm has been known not to work to well for others here too. I think Fisher was the one who switched. I take the Magnesium Chloride as well. M.I.T. has shown most if not all people are deficient in magnesium. The serum tests are very inadequate. Follow Ali's link. Best to you.
Peace
