The worst case scenario would be inflamed nerves. More likely it's a reaction to something you've been in contact with.
Definitely nothing fatal!
What is it that's worrying you about it?

I'm scared incase its a blood clot!!!

It would be really swollen and you would be experiencing pretty severe pain inside the thigh if it was a clot, heat on the surface of the skin is normally sensitivity/rash/bruise etc. :)

I was thinking that myself but i keeping worrying what if it doesn't show any signs ..

But if it doesn't show signs of a clot, then surely it isn't a clot.
If I was to say I've got a headache, no other symptoms, but I was worried it was a brain tumour, what advise would you give me? :)
