freaking out!!!

Freaking out big time!! Earlier i spotted a red mark on my knee, it went away after a while. Later on i got a pain in the bottom of my left ribs so i thought it might be a blood clot. Now i keep getting shooting pains in my left arm & i'm scared incase the 'blood clot' has travelled to my heart. My heart is racing like mad!!!

I get the same problem with the chest pain n arm pain .. Some times even numbness ... It passes!! We are ok,,, you are ok ... Heart racing comes with the territory too I have realized

The red mark on your knee is nothing and the rib pain was probably muscle related. If it were a blood clot you would know because you'd be having way more intense symptoms..

And you are too young to have a blood clot!! Stop freaking out.

Although I do have the same fear almost everyday..

If being a hypochondriac is another word for health anxiety then yes I most certainly have it but hoping to change that .. :)
