First of all, I am horrible at introductions. Second, english is not my first language, so forgive me for nasty grammar mistakes (but please, don't be afraid to correct me. it's good to learn).
That said, Hello guys. I finally decided to join the forum after looking around for a while. It seemed like a nice place so I decided to check it out.
I have some problems that is, I belive, anxiety and depression. It got worst lately and it reached the point that it is having effects in my health due both sedentarism and feeling a massive amount of stress over the smallest things. I am lucky to have one special person who supported me so far, but I know it is not enough because my life stoped for over a year now and I also know that it depends on me to change everything. I just don't have courage to do so for some (really dumb) reasons.
But I will stop for now and say hello again :)

Hi!
Welcome to the forum! You're in good company here and we're here to help. We understand what you are ping through. A lot of those "dumb" reasons that have effected you are the anxiety, it's not you. Keep holding on cuz it will get better :). (By the way, I couldn't even tell that your not a native speaker) where are you from? Can I ask?:)

I have been getting anxiety for some time now....it seems my life revolves around it. I find myself constantly worrying about what might be, not what is or what was but things that haven't even happened yet. I am constantly thinking negative, I worry irrationally. I do try so hard to set my mind on a different track but I always end up back where I started. I was given sertraline 50mg but I don't seem to be any better, I've been on them for six months.
