Side effects zoloft??

Anyone experience side effects with zoloft??? I'm on to day 5

I start zoloft about 10 days ago, starting to not feel so yucky from them , the first few days were bad , dry mouth, nausea, shakes, loss of appetite, head ache after head ache ,,, awake at night and super tired in the morning .. Feeling much better now though :)
