Going to the salon to get my hair done, haven't been to one in over a year cause I had a panic attack in the chair last time. And since I'm a licensed cosmetologist, I just did my own hair. Thinking about just going makes me anxious, but I know ill be ok if I just breathe and relax!

Update: never made it to the salon :/ thought I was ready but its just the feeling of being trapped. So, instead I had my fiances Mom do it since she's a hair stylist.

Oh I can relate to this problem, I had similar one, and trying to go to the hairdresser when I must... you are agoraphobic my dear, talk to Frankie, she knows it. I panic when someone touches my head, always did,
to go to hairdresser I need to prepare myself for at least a day:)) Amers next time you are going to get there, small steps, take you a long way.....do not give up the pleasure of being pampered;)

Thanks you guys! I used to LOVE being pampered and getting my hair washed and massaged , but the thought of it all now just scares me. I do love my haircut and color now ;) so I can't complain
