Depression is my own worst enemy, I can't seem to shake it off, I have obsessive thoughts Everytime I have a small amount of pain, I constantly think there is something wrong with me and I'm gonna die within the next couple of days. I don't know what to do or how to help myself, my significant other is there and he tries to help me but he can't deal with me, this anxiety started only in the beginning of January and ever since then it has been a downward spiral! I make it to work, but barely keep it together, I often go into the bathroom just to cry and usually after I cry it makes me feel better. I don't really have the physical symptoms as much as I have the emotional aspect, I don't know what else to do. I want this obsessive thoughts to stop. I wanna be worry-free.

Hi I'm really sorry you are having such a tough time!
I have been there with all the thoughts of death and dying, it can be really scary. My hubby used to also be the same, but I think it's hard for someone who has never suffered anxiety/depression to understand.
Have you been to see a doctor yet about your problems?
It might be that you need some medication to help or they can perhaps point you in the direction of some therapy which may help you
