So I got a phone call earlier from the heart monitor company they said I was having skipped beats and I should go get checked out. Well after many many doctor and ER visits I might finally have a diagnosis. They said I might have POTS syndrome. Gotta go to a cardiologists on Friday to do some tests to see if I have it... Dies anyone know anything about POTS syndrome? I'm not allowed to google anything cause I get all worked up lol

Good luck with that. I might also have pots. What are your other symptoms??

When I stand up my heartbeat goes crazy. Very weak, blurry vision, hand tremors, weight loss, cold sensations in feet, upset stomach

Yep that's exactly what happens to me....and it is probably pots. Look up how to excersize and how much water to drink and salt. Private message me if you need to!!!

Thanks guys I hope I can get some answers to, but don't worry I'm still a hypochondriac so I'm not going anywhere lol you guys help me out a lot.

Doesn't it suck to have health anxiety and have something wrong too?? You're not alone my friend!!

So I went to the cardiologists today and he scheduled something called a tilt test. This test will tell if I have POTS or not. When I get the results ill let everyone know

No because my Dr doesn't seem to want to find out what's wrong with me. She wants me to act normally and it will just go away

Same with me.. Just cause I take Prozac doctors just tell me it's just anxiety

Thanks Nixon. I am fully aware that anxiety can perpetuate symptoms..but I am also aware that my symptoms related to whatever condition is going on...cause anxiety. So.. yes, acting normal has relieved anxiety. But it has now brought out some anger and resentment. I'm tired of being afraid to do anything for fear of it upsetting my heart. We will get better.
