hey wen i panic my heart goes fast but somtimes wen im not panicing it goes slow like it feels that i cant feel it anymor does any1 else on here get a slow rate

is it going to stop or do i have low blood pressure or is this normal ?

Maybe you can't feel your heart beat because you are relaxed. People without anxiety do not feel their heartbeats all day. I can always tell when an anxiety episode is over because i stop feeling my heartbeat all the time.
