Hi everyone. Just joined this forum today looking to make friends and get help with life issues. I suffer from depression and anxiety and social skills. I tend to shut down and push people away. I'm a male at the age of 35 living in Rochester NY.

Thanks for the replies. I just feel like there isn't anything left in me anymore. But thats also why I'm here and joined this forum. I'm hoping to get lots of support and friends seeing as though I don't feel like I have any besides family members. I need people to talk to outside the family if that makes sense.
