Hey everyone
I haven't posted here in a while because my anxiety has been alleviated for the most part. I have been doing a lot better these last two weeks.
There has been just one problem that persists, however. Although I don't feel paranoid and scared anymore, it seems my eyes get irritated very fast. It does not help that the snow is blinding, but even before the snow I could not focus on anything without having to take a break by walking into a dark room. Sometimes the sensitivity makes me anxious too.
Any advice or information is greatly appreciated!
