Made the mistake of drinking yesterday. Paying for it now with a hardcore hangover and anxiety. I need to drink water and sleep but I can't because I'm so anxious

I feel your pain Jillian! I'm having a horrible morning with anxiety aswell without the hangover though lol. Whenever i had a hangover my anxiety would be through the roof, it was unbearable! I don't drink now as i have a baby & i certainly don't miss it.
