I don't know what is going on in my head. Every ache, pain, spot, mark I get, I flake out and think it's something more serious. I've NEVER been like this EVER! I know it's just the anxiety. I've been to the doctor several times and he says I'm physically healthy. But I can't stop thinking otherwise. :(

I do the same thing
It took 3 trips to the hospital, a heart monitor... U get it
I still worry but all I can do is just tell my mind to stop the pain and sometimes it works so I know it's not real!
