Iv been good for like 3 days
My doctor upped my pill dosage today and iv been off all day!

I've taken a total of 6 mg xanax through out the day and I figured I would've been asleep

yea in still wide awake with the exact same problem i took a benadryl with some relief but hoping for some sound sleep

Well 6 mg of Xanax is a lot.... Obviously this was through the course of the day!! Lol I hope your benderyl helps. I know I should've taken that tonight it's knocks me slap out. I was on steroids and stopped taking them yesterday so I'm wondering if they have something to do with this

well quitting meds can always have a effect on the way you would function thats for sure, i hope that you feel better if you need someone to talk to im here ans willing to listen.

well i hope that you get the much needed relief that you well deserve, and if you find yourself in a bad place just try to think its your mind playing tricks on you ..... for the most part that works for me but today has been rough thats why im up so late to :(

About 2:30 :) I feel better today obviously just tired lol. I don't usually have issues at night but I just got off steroids so maybe that was a factor :)

LOL. Nope I went no makeup today! Had to be up early for baseball practice. You know when you're so tired you don't even care? That was me today. Those poor people Lol ;)
