Chest hurts

Hi all. My chest has been hurting for days, and it's pretty painful. Now it's not the "I feel like I'm having a heart attack" feeling I get with a panic attack. It's sore, sore to the touch. Is this caused by my anxiety? It feels almost like a pulled muscle does....but all across my chest. Anyone else have this?

It honestly could just be a pulled muscle from sleeping wrong or twisting
Iv had that before
If ur not worried about meds try a Tylenol or Hott bath
And I'd say if that doesn't help then go see a doctor
But I'm sure it's just a pulled muscle :)
