Well that nighttime anxiety is back again.... A little worse than usual and it's making me kind of depressed just need some uplifting words I guess. Anyone else ever feel like this and have any tips of what to do I don't have any puzzle books or anything like that so I tend to just watch cartoons as it makes me a little happier. just reminds me of happier times And lifts my spirits up I guess..

Yes, I had it last night... what is it about nighttime that triggers it? Being alone, less occupied? I mean, believe me, I can be full-on anxious in the daytime too, but nighttime is when I get frantic. I feel the uneasiness too.

I wish I knew as well
I think it's just because it's a vulnerable time so to say for your mind
Usually in the day we have distraction and at night it's harder to have that
Just my thought

Just realized you asked for uplifting words and tips :) I can't really do this yet, but am hoping to gradually move myself to an earlier bedtime. Right now I'm afraid I won't sleep if I suddenly move bedtime up 2 hours, so am holding off until I've got my typical pattern down again. I just thought an earlier bedtime means less time to fret!

Yeah I think you two are right. Maybe it is just less distracting so our thoughts racing little more during the night. And like every night I stay Up to at least one the morning so it's like what the heck lol

My anxiety is always worse at night. It's been like that since I was a kid. Have you ever tried drinking chamomile tea? It helps me get sleepy. I do the same thing you do though. I like to watch Disney movies and stuff like that at night time! Lol.
