I do too girl!
I haven't been on meds specifically but my Effexor seems to be helping a bit since I started it
I play a lot of number puzzles aka sudoku if I wake up panicky or can't sleep
Keeps my mind and hands preoccupied

I think it's just another type of anxiety medication. The actual name is venlafaxine.

Melatonin... helps my daughter. Makes me sick to my stomach, but I'm very sensitive. Or just plain old Benadryl!

im the one who told you that... lol and if you take it i take the pink pill it starts working in about 30 min its a life saver..
