Tight feeling in ribs

Hi,I have just woke up with a tight feeling in my ribs as if someone is squeezing them tight!!!!I am really panicking,they just feel sore as well,in one stop in the left rib,it feels like something is stuck,any advice would be great fully received,many thanks.

More then likely, just slept in an odd position Sara,...if that doesn't go away then take some tylenol and if that doesnt work take something for acid reflux...like prilosec. Good luck to you friend..
