The heart feeling like it's going to beat out my chest is what does me. I'm used to the sleepless nights because of the shoulder and chest pain but when the heart starts racing I basically shit a brick ha.

Hey Del, from London. I'm Jesse, also from London!

Stratford city, that kind of area. Yep, we were a dive for hundreds of years. Our one little claim to fame we'll probably hold onto forever haha.

Good to meet you.

I don't just say this, but certain peoples anxiety I look at, and I really do think yep, this persons gonna be fine pretty soon. Call it a sixth sense from meeting and getting to know more people than I can count.

Once I actually bet a lady on here a West End dinner if I was wrong, and her anxiety problem wasn't much better in 6 months. Thankfully the money stayed in my wallet ;)

I do believe you can get back to raising a glass with a smile on your face soon. Does take a little time my friend, but even a lot of the stubborn cases of anxiety people have seem to be improving at the moment.
