Does anyone take these, they are sleeping pills. I have the 7.5mg dosage but i never take a full tablet, only half.
What i was wondering is, if they are harmful if taken every night, as i cant sleep without taking them.
i know by researching online they are only meant for short term use (less than 4 weeks), and i have not been on them that long, but im worried they could damage my body etc, i have tried using herbal alternatives and nothing seems to work.
