Wicked headaches

Anyone deal with wicked headaches on side of head from concentrating so hard on anxiety at hand? Do you resort to aspirin for the discomfort? I know my headaches are from the anxiety! Anyone help!? Thanks!

Hi if the headache is on one side does the pain go in your eye And you could not shake your head very sore
? Then it could be a migraine headache, if you apply a wet cold small towel on the side of your face that hurts you should feel some release if it's a migraine.

I've been getting migraines since i was 14 & i have to keep switchin pain meds because I've had to take so many my body becomes immune. I've had an MRI. They found nothing. Its straight up from stress & lack of sleep for me. I hope you feel better soon!
