Feeling really anxious

I'm feeling really anxious right now and idk what to do. My hearts racing and it's scaring me I always feel really alone at night and idk why I'm panicking and don't know what to do

Right I'll be fine all day and feel completely normal until night comes I feel like I'm all alone in the world like there's no one around me even when there's four other people in my house two dogs and my cat. I hate it.
