I'm 21 years old and have suffered with anxiety since I can remember, I have been diagnosed with ocd, panic disorder and generalized anxiety disorder.. I have been to countless psychologists and I am on medication too. Despite all of this I try my best to lead a 'normal' life.. Sometimes we all need that little bit of reassurance and comfort so what better place to come and talk! Looking forward to chatting to everyone! :)

Hi Paris welcome to the forum. I'm from northumberland in England. I love that people on here are from all around the world it's great on nights like tonight when I can't sleep there's always someone here.

Cool, it's mam here in Ireland too. I'm from Essex so it's mum for me. Nixon uses mom but he wanted to refer to me in the European manner he said! Now the Northumberland mam thing is going to throw a spanner in the works for him! ;)
