I feel horrendous today, after a few weeks of feeling like I was beating this all of a sudden today feels like a bump back down and I don't know what to do. My anxiety stems from the constant feeling of being left out and people changing their mind about how they feel about me and no longer wanting to be my friend, I am literally obsessed with the idea of two of my friends doing things without me and I feel like it's ruining my life. I don't want to feel like this anymore but can't see how it is ever going to change.

Amielou.. It will be OK. You will be OK.
I often experience the same thing, a few weeks of feeling like I am making progress and then it seems to worsen again.
Just keep working on what you're learning in CBT, talk to your therapist about how you're feeling.
Hope you feel better soon.
Best wishes.

We have all been here and it's a temporary position. I hear a slight hint of wanting others approval, and that's all cool. Here's a tip though, you're the one living this life. You do not need people to like you, be your friend, or approve of you. You're not broken, yes you feel a little unwell, but this is going to go soon. Follow the above advice of Abi.

Everyone has those days, just when you think everything is getting better then you take a set back. You just need to pick yourself up and carry on going. Its not how hard you can hit, its how hard you can get hit and keep on going, chin up.
