I felt awful yesterday, and I do mean AWFUL.. I woke up feeling better rested today, but I still just can't relax, I'm still upset by the amount of attacks I had Friday..
What should I do to calm myself? I just have a guard up around me and I can't unwind.. :/
I know some sleep issues were a main culprit, even so, I'm still upset.
