tension headache grrrrr

Had a good cuple weeks but started with tension headache yesterday and had a bad night last night and today I feel like crap.....

Sum times I can deal with em but other times they make me so panicky and anxious x

They make me feel off and sometimes I feel like my head is going to pop from the pressure. Does your neck hurt too?

Yes and shoulders x I get so tensed up. Ive had a wk off work and bak on monday so think im stressing about the amount of work I got to do and this starts my head off x

That can be it too. I actually lost my job because I called out 3 times. I honestly didn't even like it because they weren't professionals.

You should buy some pain relief ointment and massage your neck. If you can, have someone do it for you while they massage your back also. Rotate your head.

Honestly, my head pressure can be so bad that when I rotate, I can feel dizzy. Doctors have told me it's all due to stress. I too have stress balls on my back that hurt when I get massaged :(
