My doctor wants me to get serious about this because I have to wait for a blood test that takes three weeks to come back and she wants to see if I have symptom improvement with it. Anyone know of any good cost effective foods, I'm not looking to make meals here...I mostly eat small meals through the day anyways. Please and thanks!

Well, it's heart racing stuff going on.. Not anxiety related. I mean I still have the racing that's anxiety related too, but something separate.. anyway...they can't find much answers.. but she thinks it is a food Sensitivity, who knows.

Ab does your heart race faster after eating certain foods or bigger meals than you would normally eat?mine does and its not even anxiety it just happens palpitations and my stomach swells and just above my stomach i feel like my food doesnt digest properly:)

Fisher,it certainly seems like it. Although i have heart racing without the food too, but I have noticed after big meals or certain meals. I also notice some reflux too on bad days. So I'm not sure what's going on, my body is acting like a maniac. If you're concerned though, there is no harm in going gluten free. However if you are gonna do it you have to stick to it. And it is very hard!!

Rice is always good. Fry some up with a little Olive oil, some onions, garlic, peas, sweet corn and tomatos. Maybe a little chilli powder for extra flavour. You get get extra meals from a big pan.
