Scared to get the flu shot

Ok so of course I have been hearing about all of the younger people dying from the flu this season but I can't decide if I am more scared of the flu or the complications that can arise from the shot itself. I wish I could not give a crap and just get the damn shot. Just like anxiety to torture myself over something that is so easy for other people.

I never have got the flu shot before and probably won't. I have a 3 year old son and he never has had one either, we are fairly healthy people are never get colds or sick thankfully. Flu season is almost over I believe, so I wouldn't worry about it this year, maybe next season? I questioned it this season actually as well because I was hearing people dying from the flu. Just wash your hands a lot and eat healthy :)
