Is it anxiety?

Hi all, I have just woken up feeling incredibly anxious with pain in my chest, left hand side.my heart is beating really fast and I have back pain. I also had a sharp pain in my back. Is it something serious it just anxiety? Have suffered from anxiety / panic attacks in the past but not had one for awhile and not in the night time.

It's definitely just anxiety. I've been through that way too many times. Just don't think about it too much. You'll be just fine!
