Hi all,

I've had the best week in a few months. I increased my exercise, watching what I eat and doing meditation. I'm back to taking multivitamins and a natural stress and anxiety pill. I haven't had any of the prescribed meds my doc suggested I take in over a week and I feel so much better for it. I had tests last week on a few things and all came back clear (such a relief)! All
I can say is hang in there if you are suffering, it does get better, learn to relax and it will all fall into place and most of all positive thinking. I'm
Not saying it's a definitive solution but it's a step in the right direction and I'll be damned that stress and anxiety will debilitate me again.

Onwards and upwards!
