These past days I've been getting a weird sensation on my left hand. It's not numb because I can feel it. Hard to explain. Today, my fingers started to feel a little stiff. I don't know if it's from holding up my phone to text, or post. It almost gave me a panic attack! :( I've also been cracking my fingers a lot and my wrist. Any feedbacks? Thank you!!!!!

Some kind of RSI or Carpel Tunnel?
Have you been playing Flappy Bird? I played so much flappy bird, I went to cut vegetables, I couldn't move my hand so great. Had to take a break :)

It's easy to strain your muscles without really noticing it. If you've been anxious about it, that could be all it is too. During some of my intense anxiety periods I would feel like my arm was getting weak, or losing sensation, or becoming stiff. When I relaxed about it, it eventually all went away.

What's RSI or Carpel Tunnel?
Lol, I don't play Flappy Bird. I usually just text or I'm on Facebook.

I've been under stress a lot. I also read it can be a pinched nerve?

I've been under a lot of stress. I also read it can be a pinched nerve? My neck is also very tensed and I have stress balls on my back.

Yup, could also be a pinched nerve. I would recommend to not look things up though! Stress can cause weird sensations, as can tension. Try not to worry about it, and see if it improves.

I won't because I already know what it's going to say. I just never had this before til like 3 days ago. It comes & goes. Thank you very much for your response!
