Hi everyone, I'm Pam and have suffered with anxiety and panic issues for most of my adult life. Been through a variety of antidepressants, the latest being Effexor XR. Came off Effexor 16 months ago and am having some issues with anxiety again but refuse to go back on the meds. Have a back injury and when the pain flares up so does the anxiety.
