So I've been on fluexetine/Prozac for 3 months now. First month I noticed my anxiety remained the same but I had a boost in my mood. I was suddenly happy and more aware of my surroundings.
Now I'm on month three and the opposite has happened. My anxiety is like 85% better my personal struggles because of my anxiety is better. However I am starting to feel really depressed. Even things that used to make me happy dont anymore. I keep doing things like cutting all my hair off in attempts to feel something other then this down feeling. I don't know what to do.

Have you had any therapy to help with your depression?
I was taking fluxotine and propananol together but I came off them myself as I felt they weren't helping anymore. They did help in the beginning though.
Maybe your doctor could change them as they don't seem to be helping you much anymore.
You might need a stronger dose or a different kind.
I hope you are feeling better soon and these bad days will pass :-)

Thank you. Yeah my doctor asked if I needed to talk to someone and I told her no. But lately I've been reaching out of online communities like 7cupsoftea.com to find anyone out there to talk to about my feelings. I have parents at home that would listen to me and my bf is really supportive and always trying to get my to share how I'm feeling with him but idk why I don't want to talk to them.

Sometimes it's better to talk to strangers as, as great as our support systems may be I often find myself thinking that I am perhaps burdening my family and friends with my worries.
It's great you are using sites like this as there is some fantastic people out there. I swear by this forum as the people here have got me through many of my darkest days.
But I swear by my CBT it was great for me, and helped me a great deal.
I'm sure you will find something that helps you very soon :-)
