Hey everybody, nice to meet you all. I'm here because life has gotten difficult the past 8 months. I'm a 33 year old husband and father of two and feel like I am losing my mind. The doctors call it anxiety, but I'm not quite convinced. I am here for your opinions, advice, and hopes I can become "Me" again.

Welcome, I'm sorry you have been having a tough time. Anxiety can feel like a kick in the face and you feel like your the only way who feels this way. Your not alone, and it does get better. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger :)
