All the time. Sometimes it's will be all day long, sometimes at night, and sometimes in the morning. It will be throughout my entire body. It's goes away for a few days and then comes back.

I get this all the time!! Always on my left side aswell and I'm my lips! I have been worried about it, but it seems to me you suffer from pretty much the same things I do. Does your twitching happen a lot?

It just been happening a lot latley, I don't know if it's from working out or just something that's happening. Plus I been feeling kind of shaky latley especially in my hands

I've been getting this for about three weeks now. It feels like muscles are pulling, twisting, turning in all different directions. There seems to be one right above my stomach area that won't stop.

Twitching or it actually shakes? That must have been scary at first

It feels like someone's grabbed them and is pulling them around, almost like they're fastened to a puppet!

Nice, nice link. Try to eat at least two bananas a day and a small piece of dark chocolate (over 70 cocoa). Potasium is the one you need to help you with twitching, then magnesium and V B 100 complex

Have you ever had the one where you jolt/spasm in bed? That's always a pretty weird one. Just lying there about to sleep, then your whole body jolts like you've been hit by a car.

Anxiety is crazy :)

Haha I've had that happen many times. I can laugh about it now but at the time it's horrible. For me it feels like my heart has stopped and it's getting shocked into life again.
