Hey everyone citalopram and most ssri do work don't loose hope keep taking them there here to stop anxiety plus be strong it's only rational thinking that we fear and that's what makes us more anxious then others but it's our bodies natural response think of it as fun to feel the sensations and I bet you your anxiety will drop

I gave up on Citalopram.
It only made my panic even worse and I absolutely don't want to become dependent of these medications.

I just tried it myself with no luck. Made me feel like I was in a fog & more anxious... Think I'm going to try natural anxiety remedies - diet, exercise, vitamins, yoga from now on. SSRIs don't work for me...
