Day 8 on lexapro

So it's day number 8 for me on 10mg of lexapro. It's seems the insomnia wore off last night and I was able to get some decent sleep. Starting to get my appetite back and I feel like my mood is getting better and don't really have much side effects now. My anxiety is less as it has ever been today in a long time. I still think I have some undiagnosed cancer or heart problem lol but I'm happy I stayed on it so far. Hope I continue to improve.

I wasn't given any benzos, my doctor won't prescribe them. I had some vistral that I got for the ER but didn't take them. I was on the verge of having a panic attack on the first couple days but just powered thru it. Keep busy with work and stuff.

I usually take it around 2pm-4pm. I work at bar and work late hours so I'm not up early. Lol that's pretty much morning for me. I'm not home and. In bed till around 2am every night.
